I would not go for it and i will try to explain here.

CPU: i3, yes, its a good CPU, but for gaming? i think, yes, its good, but not good enought.
CPU Cooler: evo 212 for non overclocking CPU? Its a little useless (Except if the country you live the temperatures are high.)
Motherboard: Z motherboard for non K CPU and non SLI/crossfire? I think its a absolutly not.
PSU: They not list the brand of it, so, think twice.
SO: no SO.

I think you're safe if you try to build your own system.
