Are these temps normal?

Hi,

I have an i7 7700K + Kraken x62 AIO. I know the i7 7700K runs hot, but is this normal on a 280mm AIO @ 4.5GHz/1.150V stock?
I can't overclock at all. For example, 4.9Ghz/1.275V hits temps 85-90C.

Stress test running small FFTs with Prime95 v26.6, other stress tests report similar results. Ambient 23C.

That's probably fairly normal, maybe a little to hot. With kaby lake, this happens all the time, a delid would be a good option. The kaby lake chips always got pretty hot. A delid would bring your temps down to 65-75 degrees with some liquid ultra to replace the original paste. Anyway, if you don't want to delid I'd just keep you OC down around 4.5 or so.
