[SOLVED] Are this frequencies during stress test Normal?

I Just got my 1050ti and suring stress test on GPUZ the GPU Core Clocks shoot up to 1784Mhz. is this normal?
card is Not OC'd. Its a unused card which I got for around 90USD.

Yup, that's normal for the GPU to boost under stress/load. It's called the GPU Boost feature/technology by Nvidia. Nothing to worry about. What's the make/brand and exact model of your GPU ?

The issue is, when temps are above 60*C the core clock will downclock itself aka turbo boost 3.0 from nvidia.
For instance my 1050 msi gaming x would boost around 1800 or oced 1911-1950 under full load.

That's normal. Nothing to worry about. Your GPU model is having 1455 MHz as the default factory BOOST clock, but the video card will still boost as much as it can, depending on the thermals/load though.
