Never understood the jumble of jetflo's and fans in general. If I wanted good case fans from CM 120mm that offered good cooling and acceptable noise, but weren't super hardcore crazy in any respect, which ones do I buy? If I'm right your high perf fans are the ones with wacky stickers. Your silent fan is the blade-master, and your jetflo is... something else.

JetFlos are high performance PWM controlled fans that can run at up to 2200RPM. We have included adapters that allow you to adjust the fanspeed down to either 1200RPM or 1600RPM. JetFlos also have steel threaded rubber sound dampeners to help keep the noise down. They would be my recommendation for anyone looking for a high quality fan. They are a very well rounded fan as a whole.

There are different versions of the HAF 912, like Advanced, Combat, Combat with side panel window, and Plus.
How come the US only gets the vanilla version (just standard HAF 912) and not the others?
Is there a difference in the specifications or features in a case, that determines which country it can be sold at? Not only for the HAF 912, but for some of other cases that's on your Global website.
For example:

Our next major product announcement will be during PAX Prime this August 30-Sept 2nd. I can't really go into any more detail than that.

My case is your Sniper. For me, the best case I ever purchased. I have recommended them to quiite a few of my friends in the past. Any plans to update this case with USB 3.0 on the top panel? Eliminate the Fire Wire? Or sell a separate user-installed USB3.0 "card" for the top panel?

Your products have wonderful uniqueness and the selection you offer is amazing. It is such a pity that your website is not the easiest to use in order to see this collection. It is not that much of an issue, as I could eventually find myself around, but something along the lines of Antec's website would be very nice.

I have a couple of concerns about the HAF XB which I was wondering you could address:

Are you planning on upgrading the hardware of your X-Dock bays? This seems to be a fairly common occurrence for drives to die due to the poor power regulation of these bays (I had one die as well so I am currently not using this hardware)?

I understand that the standard number of expansion slots for an ATX case is 7 but have you considered adding an 8th expansion slot to enable three-way crossfire or sli without the need to custom-modding the case since the PCIe tends to be on the 7th slot on a motherboard (this carries onto any case with only 7 expansion slots)? Yes, I am aware that the case allows for the 3rd card but an 8th slot or some ventilation holes in this area would go a long way.

Also, have you considered building a case with a built in radiator ceiling with a self contained loop with an incorporated heatsink and pump?

Our website will be going through a redesign in the near future. I'd agree with you on a few areas we can improve on, and it is in the early design process.

Yessir,

Is there anything else you'd need? Backlit? Tenkeyless?

You can select from the following:

I was a huge fan of the HAF XB. As soon as I saw it, I knew I had to buy one. So I got it nearly as soon as they were available. But, shortly after that I decided to delve into the world of custom liquid cooling. And when I had my CPU only in the loop, the HAF XB did just fine. But by the time I had the means to also include my graphics card, I had to replace the XB for a different case. I know that HAF stands for High Air Flow and they aren't really designed for liquid cooling, but I love the aesthetic of it an awful lot so I tried to hang on to it as long as I could. But, only being able to fit 1 240mm radiator was such a bummer.

So on to my question, will there be any kind of revision to the XB that maybe include for mounting points for rads? Or at last a case in the same vein? I really love the look of it, and would love to have a nice fully water cooled LAN box.

The case guru (Jon) has been in meetings so don't be surprised if it takes a while to get an answer to any component related questions. However, if you guys need to learn more about CM Storm or Mobile products, I can always answer ;)

Also FYI this is a 24 hour AMA, so we will get to answering some Q's later on in the day and also by tomorrow morning.

You guys just revealed a mid tower Cosmos case at Computex. I really like the look of the Cosmos 2 but don't like it's size. Any ETA on when the mid tower version will be available to the public? Or maybe just some specs? I prefer mid tower cases but am very picky about having enough room in there. In a few pics from computex, it looked like the front drive trays were removed to fit a radiator. I'm curious about how customizable it is, since if I purchase the Cosmos SE, I only need trays for 2-3.5" and 1-2.5"ssd, the rest I would like to remove to add more air circulation with the chance for water cooling in the future.

I have this strange feeling that CM's big news is VGA coolers, since I have asked 3 times and have not gotten a response. I hope so I would like to see that product.

Let me debunk your theory, good sir.
No plans for VGA coolers at this time.

More component questions :( :

Do you have any plans on releasing more Platinum rated PSUs in the States? Also, many high end PSU manufactures offer a 7 year warranty on their Gold+ rated models, is this something that CM may incorporate as well? Also, The CM Silent Pro Gold Series has a great gold and black color scheme that is absent in all other lines, is there any likelihood that this color scheme becomes universal amongst your PSU lineup?
