can i use team elite ddr3 1333 on my mobo?
cos is written "Dual Channel DDR3 1066/800 MHz memory support "

yes, it will work, the memory just wont operate at full speed. it will give you 1066mhz speed instead of the full 1333 its capable of.

It should be fine. for best results you always want to match your RAM up correctly but if this RAM is your only option, I dont see anything in the specs that would stop it from working and I have put faster RAM in a slower Motherboard before with no ill results.
