Question Asrock A380 Challenger with old psu

I have Liteon PS-6301-09 300W Psu. Use GTX 745 4 GB before and this card dont need any power cable, but i buy Asrock A380 Challenger and this card have 8 pin power connector. İ search for Molex power adapter but my brain is confused because every Molex adapter need 2 power socket for power but my old psu's socket every different 3 socket. Can i use other stuffs for this psu or deffinility need change new one. İ dont want change my psu because my system dont deserve it i thing. Please help me, im poor guy. Thanks for all messages.

Note that the recommended PSU is 500 watts. (Reference the specs.)

You do not want to connect and should not connect that 300 Watt PSU to the A380.

You need a well rated/reviewed 600-700 Watt PSU.

You are right, this card is need minimum 500w psu. My old psu seems insufficient in everything. Dont want but compulsorily change it. İ cant see Recommended PSU in this site before thanks a lott for warning.
