[SOLVED] Asrock AB350M Pro4 reboots every 30s

Yesterday I was gaming when suddenly the PC flashed off then on for a split second. After this happened the ambient sound in the game (the air blowing sound) was still playing fine but there was no signal on both of my monitors. After waiting for a minute I turned off the PC then turned it on after. Expecting that it will do a short beep of life, it instead rebooted and kept doing this 30s reboot for some time and not doing a POST until I shut it off. Today it's still doing it and right now I'm doing the 4 hour CMOS jumper reset and removed the battery from motherboard. It doesn't beep even with all parts removed.

It did this sudden power switch before but it kept on working as soon as I restarted it.

Specs:
Asrock AB350M Pro4
AMD Ryzen 3 1300X w/ stock cooler
Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB DDR4 2400MHz 1.2v (1x8GB)
Zotac GeForce 1050 Ti Mini 4GB
FSP Hyper K 500W

Things I've already done but haven't worked:
Tried a generic PSU I had from my old build (I have no other decent PSU to test for this motherboard)
Reseated and repasted CPU
Removed the GPU and LAN card
Tried the RAM on all bars and made sure it clicked on both sides
Use only 4 pin for CPU
Removed all storages and fans from PSU and motherboard (except for CPU fan)
Left it turned on overnight
Removed the motherboard from the case
Used a screwdriver to jumpstart the motherboard

The BIOS was also updated to 5.90 a few weeks prior to this event and I know this motherboard has a bad rep in the past but for it to suddenly stop working after 3 years is quite saddening. Also this was first built around November of 2017 and now being used for online classes every weekdays. I don't have any money to buy replacements but if worst comes to worst then so be it.

Any help is appreciated.

Edit:
I have jumpstarted both PSU (the generic and the FSP one) with a paperclip and fans from both seems to be running. The FSP one seems to go full speed when I turn off the PSU during paperclip test. Is that normal?

CMOS reset for 4 hours solved it lol. Problem solved :)

Aside from that, why would the CMOS not cooperate out of the blue? Could it be the power surge that made it happen?

So lucky you. It can't help my situation. I tried clear CMOS everytime when the mobo can't turn on recently. I even take the power jumper out just to use screw driver to turn PC on from now. no luck, nothing. I am really wonder if it was due to blackout to my town that night cause this issue.

Did you try removing additions like GPU, LAN card, USB/HDD/SSD storages? Did you also try removing the RAM and made sure your motherboard doesn't beep? Beep codes can mean something and if it doesn't beep, something must be stopping it. Check if your mb requires a tiny speaker to be connected.

If you can try swapping out your parts to a working mb that'll be great, otherwise remove everything connected on the board including the PSU, reset the CMOS by removing the battery and put the CMOS Clear jumper to 2 3 position, hold the power button for at least 15s to make sure the board has lost most of its charge and leave the battery and the jumper in that state for at least 4 hours

Also check your PSU if it's dead by doing the paperclip test. You can find a tutorial on how to do that in YouTube.

I did unplugged everything (all the cables) at the 1st time and testing each component. No beeping sound niether to understand what's wrong.
PUS is new from seasonice (semi-module) being used 0.5 year.

I'm really sorry but I can't think of any suggestions. You can ask the forum and provide them details about your problem. Make sure to post the full specs of your PC so they can help you.
