Question asrock b450 legend bios update?

I am going to replace my old cpu with a Ryzen 7 5700, I went to the asrock website support and there is nothing about NOT updating bios for RYZEN cpu's only " Pinnacle, Raven or Summit Ridge." Is it assumed then that Rvzen
is ok to update to?

From this you need BIOS version P4.

Thanks, I am wanting to upgrade from amd 2000 to the Ryzen 7 5700 on a asrock B450 steel legend mobo. It's just scary as hell to update the bios when asrock is saying this:

So it still comes back to updating using the P4 update.
I installed the new cpu yesterday and turned on the machine and nothing ran from the cpu at all. So I have removed it today and reinstalled the AMD 200 GE cpu and it of course started up as usual. Next question: Do I download the P4 update now, then install it before reinstalling the Ryzen 7 5700?
