Asrock X370 Bios Update worth it

I have Asrock X370 Gaming K4. I wanted to know are bios really worth updating. My PC is running good so far with only one issue ram is running at 2133MHz so i wanted to ask is it worth it to to update the Bios to the latest version 3.30?? My ram is 2400 MHz will the new update fix this issue??

Most of the BIOS updates are for ram compatibility so if the XMP setting for your ram does not work then it is very likely that the BIOS will fix it.

So i should update?? Besides there are alot of posts about BIOS failing. so, that's why i wanted to ask if it is worth to update.
