The rear i/o panel audio outputs do not work. The front headphone plug does work. Any suggestions? The bios is up-to-date.

1) make sure you install the right driver
2) it is expensive mobo, if you are not satisfied with it, please return to the store and claim the warranty

Try going to the Asrock website and download the latest audio driver. Probs the problem

Thanks to AMD Radon & BreadWhistle. After updating the Creative driver I have audio from the front and rear plugs, but I can't control the volume. But this is a step in the right direction.
