Question Asrock Z690 PG Riptide - - - - All BIOS settings are greyed out ?

I edited all the setting a few weeks ago when I built my PC. Since then I've downloaded a few games and upgraded to Windows 11 but haven't registered it. I needed to change the secure boot setting to play Valorant but now all the BIOS/UEFI settings are greyed out and I cannot change any of the setting I initially setup.
I can't even load the default UEFI settings or change to easy mode. I installed the latest BIOS update and updated Windows but I can't seem to find a way to fix it.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I've searched everything I can think of and haven't found a solution. Thank you in advance.

Try turning off psu, then unplugging the pc from the wall socket. Then remove the motherboard battery for a few minutes. Then replace battery, plug in wall socket and start pc to check bios.
