[SOLVED] Asrock Z77 pro3 problem

So I ran to a kinda weird problem, I have i5 3570k tried to overclock to 4.5ghz pc didn't boot then I reset the cmos It booted up but I cant go past 3.8ghz Its completely locked and 2 of the ram slots are not working is there a way to fix it? tried different bios'es didnt work tried to google it found out it might have corrupted ME the guides are old and links doesnt work on how to fix it and I dont really understand them can someone help?

I don't know what to say about the cpu, but there may be some debris in the dimm slots. You can try to clean them with canned air or an antistatic brush.
