What is the best graphics settings for ACU based on my specs?

Motherboard: Asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
CPU: AMD FX-8320
GPU: Nvidia gtx 970
Ram: 16GB
HDD: 4TB
PSU: Cooler Master GX 750W

Depends on what an acceptable framerate is to you. If you're okay with hovering around 30FPS with some dips below that you might be able to pull off ultra at 1080p, if you want 60FPS, you're going to have to turn things down to a mix of high to medium, the game is still very badly optimized, and likely isn't going to ever perform well with the hardware that is currently available.

I'm just looking forward on performance. At least on medium level graphics settings. Is there anything that i should focus on?

You can't do much with Unity either way, but you have a powerful PC, so you're basically good. Try tweaking the settings and see for yourself. I would start with the AA
