ASUS Anti-Surge Was Triggered To Protect System(Overclocking failed!)

Recently everytime I turn on my computer it goes straight into boot setup and im not to sure how to fix this. Photo for reference.(http://imgur.com/wX8Vv5q)
It saids that this has something todo with overclocking but my temps. are fine.(mid 40's) on avg.
Im thinking it has something todo with my PSU, and that it is unstable.

That's not a good PSU for overclocking.. you need something like gold + verified
