My Wifi/Bluetooth pcie card is plugged in and the wifi works fine but the bluetooth option on windows doesnt show up. Its plugged into the only Usb header on the motherboard and when I tried it on my other motherboard(Asus crosshair vi hero) it works with zero issues. I bought a Bluetooth dongle and with that plugged in the bluetooth option shows up but doesnt detect any devices.

I bent a pin cleaning my Crosshair and had to swap over to this backup board, the wifi worked fine but again the bluetooth just didnt show up with the pcie card. With the dongle at first i could see the bluetooth devices previously connected but they were unable to connect or be removed so i used the bluetooth utility that added the "btpair -u" command. It removed all the devices and when i go to try adding them back it doesnt detect anything.

I reinstalled drivers

The antenna is connected

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Did you install the drivers for the wireless adapter, manually or did you let the OS download and install drivers it thought was right for your adapter?

Drivers can be found here;

A for your backup system, did you migrate the OS onto the new board? If so, you should reinstall the OS.
