I am looking for solution:
During gaming sometimes Fan1 on GPU turning on 100% and after few seconds this fan reduce speed to normal. Fan2 running without problems.
VGA is clean without any dust.
I tried reinstall Windows.
Removed all cables between Power supply and VGA, tried plug 8-pin to another position on modular PSU.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

It's a good idea if you include your system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

For the sake of relevance, please include the age of the PSU in your build. As for your fans on the GPU, do they both plug into a fan header on the GPU's PCB and split off or are they on two different headers? BISO version for your motherboard? Assuming you're on Windows 10, what version are you on?
