I have upgraded to ASUS Dual RTX 2080 TI, when i stress test the card no crashes, in fact i can game on it for hours no issues, it only randomly crashes in desktop with no reason, i upgraded from a 980ti, back in 2015 when i bought my 980ti on release date, it was randomly blue screening/ crashing so i send it to Asus RMA dept, got the replacement and it was crashing till a driver update fixed the issue and it was stable ever since, do i RMA my new Asus RTX?, or wait for a driver after 411.70, please advise

Machine specs
MOBO: Asus ROG x399-E
32gb DDR4 2100 ADATA
AMD 1920X OC 4.0ghz again was stable on my 980 TI
Video card: Asus Dual RTX 2080 TI
PSU: Corsair HX850
OS:WIN 10 PRO Build Ver 1803 X64

The machine was working fine on the same OC before i sold me Asus reference 980 TI

The only change is the RTX 2080 TI addition, so i am not sure either the card is defective which i cant confirm as it didn't crash under load it will crash randomly when the machine is idling , or a driver bug i have read online that the new drivers are causing issues with Display port, i have dual 4k monitors one is AOC u2879vf and the second is LG27ud68-w both connected via DP.

This was the fix for my issue switch my corsair HX850 from Multi rail to single rail been using the pc for about 10 hours no BSOD so far that seems the fix, also connected each PCI-e cable to one 8 pin connector on the card.

This was the fix, PSU issues

Update:

I enabled Multi rail and used two PCI-E cables from the PSU each 8pin connector from one pci-e cable a total to two cables from psu used it all day yesterday no crashes so far, appears to be that the RTX cards require more amps and one PCI-E cable from PSU is not enough to deliver.

When i stress test the CPU (OC) and GPU (OC) it crashes in less than 5 minutes, when i removed the OC from the CPU no crashes CPU@Stock 1920X, conclusion i have to upgrade my PSU to at least 1000W i have 850W and it is not enough for OC condition as the machine drawing from the wall under stress test over 740W, now CPU stock, GPU OC max draw 550w it is a PSU issues, will keep the 850w for now and wont OC CPU.
