Asus EAH4350 SILENT/DI/512MD2(LP) help!!

Hi..
I would to upgrade new graphic card for my pc that is:
- HP DC7600, Running win 7 Ultimate 32 bit
- 1.5GB ram..
I know its a noob pc.. 🙁

Anyway my mobo got 1 slot pci-express..
I found one that i think suits me that is Asus EAH4350 SILENT/DI/512MD2(Low Profile)...
But the pcie version is 2.0.. Mine i think is pcie version 1.0..

Does it backward compatible?
I search from the internet that pcie 2.0 is backward compatible with earlier version except with VIA mobo..
Just want some confirmation from u guys.. Does it true?

And my PSU is 350 watt...
And i think the card will consume low voltage usage..

CAN MY PC RUN IT?
I hope so can... 🙁

your case, is it mini-tower?
yeah, 350W will be enough for 4350.
yes, pcie 2.0 is backward compatible with 1.1 or 1.0, so don't worry.
But are u sure there's no other card that will fit on your case?
4350 is a weak card for gaming...

just check your case, make sure the card would fit on your case...
