ASUS GTX 750 Ti not recognizable

I recently bought an asus gtx 750 ti, and installed it well on my motherboard. There is a light red from the GPU when i turned the system. The fans were running already. anybody can help? thanks in advance!

Motherboard: ASUS H81M-K
CPU: intel core i3 3,6GHz
RAM: 8GB Gskill

my power supply has no 6-pin pcie

...it has a 6 pin header that has to be populated before it will turn on.

Unless you can provide a link to the exact card, I'm going to have to assume it is like the Asus card I linked to above. It is an Asus GTX 750 Ti that is factory OC'ed. And it requires a 6 pin connector.
