Asus laptop keyboard keys not working

Hello,

in the alphabetical order, the letter after 'L' and before 'N' is not working. All other letters are ok.

Try attaching an external keyboard and see if the problem is with the laptop keyboard or the laptop or the OS.

my laptop keyboard is not working.. I use an external keyboard and the problem is still there i don't know if the problem is with the laptop keyboard or the laptop or the OS.. help me please.. :|
