I saw somewhere they said that the speed that the m.2 slot has on this mobo isnt worth to use m.2 since the speed will be the same as an regular 2,5 ssd so should i get a nvme or sata m.2 for that mobo? and is worth it or should i just get a 2,5 ssd ?

Solution
its a good mobo, check the specs what you get on it:
6 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), red, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support
Support Raid 0, 1, 5, 10
Supports Intel® Smart Response Technology, Intel® Rapid Start Technology, Intel® Smart Connect Technology *3
1 x M.2 Socket 3, black, with M Key, type 2260/2280 storage devices support (PCIE mode)
ASMedia® PCIe SATA controller : *4
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), red, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support

and like you see you get only 1 m2 port with like you said "speed" aka PCIE mode, normal M2 sticks usualy work in Sata mode so the speed is the same as the SATA drives cca 500/500mb and nvme(PCIE) goes to 3500/3000. you have to have a M2 stick that supports...
