A couple days ago I was gaming as usual on my custom built system then it crashed to a black screen and the fans went to full speed and I could still hear audio. After researching a bit I could see that means there is a heating issue which is very weird since I've been running this setup for months now. I do not overclock my CPU or GPU but I do run XMP in the bios.
My specs are as follows
CPU - Intel i9-13900k
GPU - AMD 7900 XT ( Was AMD 6800 XT)
MOBO - ASUS ROG Strix Z690-E Gaming Wifi
PSU - Corsair 850 W
RAM - 2x 16gb Corsair DDR5 with XMP @ 6000 MHZ
CPU Cooler - 2x 140mm fan liquid cooler
Now when I first tried to boot it again after the crash it gave me a no signal but everything was lighting up and all fans spinning minus the GPU. I have used my GPU very hard the last three years so it made sense if it was dead. I ordered a new one and this time everything lights and spins but I am still getting a D6 error code that I cannot fix.
I have tried:
My MOBO isnt making a beep at all but everything is spinning. Does anyone know a fix to this? Is my motherboard shot?

I have tried:
- clearing CMOS
- testing my HDMI cable
- testing monitor
- cleaning and switching out both ram sticks one and two at a time
- reseating cables.
