Question Asus Prime B350 Plus not booting to windows

Hello,
I just put my Parts into an other case because my old one has broken Front Ports.
After I put everything together I tried to boot but I only get in to the BIOS. When I try to get into Windows the Displaz only shows an _ in the top left corner that's blinking, after a few seconds it moves a little bit down and to the middle of the screen.
I tried to reset the motherboard, updated the BIOS, changed CSM to auto, tried to disable secure boot but cannot because it's greyed out.

My setup:
Asus Prime B350 Plus
Ryzen 1700x
2x 8Gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200
INNO3D GTX 1070 Twin X2
Seasonic 650W 80+ Gold Modular
Samsung PM961 256Gb (Boot Drive)

That means it can't find OS to start from or it's corrupted. Do you have Windows installation files on a USB stick ? Try booting from it and select to reinstall.

I find this happens if I've moved the boot drive from one SATA port to another. Make sure the drive with your OS is connected to the same SATA port as before the move.

It's a M2 Port and during the process I didn't even unscrew it.
Trying to reinstall Windows on that drive right now.
