Question Asus Prime H310-Plus Motherboard Issue

I had installed the latest BIOS for my Prime H310-Plus motherboard. After, my computer would restart randomly as I try to install a fresh copy of Windows. I tried clearing CMOS per Asus tech instruction but this helped Windows installation further a bit but still kept restarting after welcome screen, and the computer keeps restarting before the Windows loads fully. Any thoughts?

check the cpu temp in bios?

CPU temp around 34-38 c.
