Ok so I just bought a motherboard I am excited about, but it was a tight fit and I will probably need to get a new case anyway(small budget, but needs to fit cooling system), it doesn't look like the power/reset and other connectors are matching up ok, which I thought were universal.

I have a Corsair CWCH100 Hydro H100 CPU Liquid Cooler - Fan but the connectors are also different. At this point I feel like:

This is a pic of the cooler, barely able to see the connector but it has 3 pin slots and no way to connect to the one on the board.

This is the motherboard and various fan connectors:

Is there a way to make this work?

This is a better picture off the Corsair h100 connector, see how it has three slots? the 4th pin on the board prevents this from fitting (I think, it was a pretty awkward area on the board

Thank you!!! I kind of thought this was right, but I didn't want to force it. Now on to the other part... I am unsure if these are compatible:

Anyone want to help me figure this part out? I also have these, but they do not fit anywhere on the board :

Yes they are one set is for the front switches on the PC case the other is for a speaker or buzzer if you have those if not then just use the power, reset, drive activity led.
It on the bottom part of the board and will be labeled the same way look in the motherboard manual it will show the exact spot, (you should really read that)

OK, I pieced my machine together and it does this intermittent fan start, then shut off thing, the board is lit up, and the mobo light says 1 in top right corner. This is basically what was happening to my system before I replaced the last motherboard, which I hope I didn't just give away if my problem is something else. At any rate, I really need to replace my case, it seems to small, and was never meant to house the H100 cooling system, also I didn't have enough stand-offs and the power button punched through the front so I need to manually click the thing on. Any ideas what I should get? I will be searching for the right one tonight, problem is my computer spending budget is tight as I had just purchased that nice mobo. I could drop $100 on one i guess.

Look in the manual for the error code 1 I believe this is memory related but check to make sure.
For the power button that's fairly simple remove the power switch leads at the motherboard and move your reset switch over to the power lead connector , now your reset switch will be used to power on the PC.
If that code is memory, remove all the memory, install just one stick, reset CMOS (this is in the manual) try it again if it don't work remove that stick of memory and try it in a different slot.
