Asus Rampage IV Gene CPU Upgrade Expert Advice Needed

Hello Friends I have Asus Rampage IV Gene Currently I am using Intel Core I7 3820.
I want to upgrade because Processors for this motherboard are in good prices these days because these are getting pretty old.
When I tried Asus Cpu Compatibility tool for motherboard I got this list:

These are X79 Chipset.
I want to make sure all these processes will be compatible with my motherboard ?
My main purpose is Photoshop and Light Gaming Nothing Serious.
Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom is the main thing I will be using.

Bios version have anything to do with Compatibility ?
I just want to make sure that any CPU from list you have mentioned will work in this motherboard ?

Yes. Some CPUs require a BIOS update and you can find the least version needed for each CPU on that list.

Okay which CPU model will be decent upgrade where I can feel significant difference ?
I am looking for any good sweet spot.
I have checked prices on ebay all of them are pretty affordable now so Budget is not a problem.

None. The 3820 is a decent CPU and I doubt that any update is worth the money.

So anybody will suggest 16GB Upgrade to 32GB Ram will show some difference ?
