[SOLVED] Asus ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1650 Super Gaming Advanced vs OC version

I am currently looking for a strong budget GPU, that is around the price range of Asus ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1650 Super Gaming Advanced, here in denmark they are equal to 290 USD or 240 EUR. Any recommendations? Also what is the difference between the super gaming advanced and the super OC ?

I do not understand, why is the OC version worse?
