Question ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E cpu red light and dram yellow light

Specs:ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E
I7-9700K
32 GB R.A.M 3200 Mhz
1TB N.VME
RTX 2070 SUPER

I built the pc yesterday, tried to boot it up,RGB lit up and the fans started spinning and there was a red C.P.U light and yellow DRAM light for about 30 seconds then the pc turned off.
Doesn't post can't get to BIOS.
Everything is connected,tried resetting the CMOS battery and i had no luck with it.

If the CPU_LED or the DRAM _LED lights up and stays lit on either one then you have an issue.
First attend to your RAM.
List your RAM P/N to check for a mismatch.
Your Bios will be unavailable till the issue is fixed.

There will be a P/N Part number on the DIMMs and the Box. This is the kit number I need.
Have you tried clearing your CMOS.?
What Bios are you on.?
