My laptop, ROG Strix GL703GM, was bought last christmas and when suspended the monitor might not turn on (have to turn off the pc), restarts/turns off randomly or when agitated (tapped the table and it went MIA and when pressing certain keys...) and certain shortcuts and functions dont work properly sometimes (fn+f11, the rog key...).
I have the warranty and would like to do something with it but have no clue where to search, went to the asus official website and asked for this but got answered by methods of fixing some of the problems that may work.
So, how and where can I claim the warranty.

- The laptop was bought in Bordeaux, France;
- Some of these problems began early and usually gets easly hot.
