Question Asus rx 570 strix 4gb (no signal on monitor)

So I just build my pc for the 1st time I’m pretty sure I have everything connected at the right spot so when I start up my pc it says no signal I connected my hdmi in the gpu and nothings boots you only no signal could anyone please help me ASAP I’ve been having this problem since Sunday .

Gpu; asus rx 570 strix 4gb

Ram : 4 gb

Cpu : i5 3 gen

Powers supply : 450 wats

It’s a Astro power supply and a i5 3470 and a dell optiplex , I’m traying to build a small budget pc for my brother but nothing pops up on my monitor it just says no signal .
