Question ASUS tuf b550 plus motherboard issue

Hi

I built my PC and it turns on but nothing happened to monitor or keyboard and mouse
I have tried bios update and reseting CMOS and DRAM light is still on i don't know what to do

AMD Ryzen 5600X
Asus TUF B550 plus
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz(2x8GB)
Asus ROG STRIX 750W 80 PLUS GOLD
Samsung SSD980 M.2
Asus GeForce RTX 3060

Which slots are the rams seated on the motherboard? Can you walk us through how you managed to update the BIOS for the motherboard?

I have rams in A2 and B2

did you remove the bios battery? plug in the beeper

Yes I removed it and put it back
