Question Asus X550V problems

I have an ASUS X550V laptop. I tried powering it on and it made 10 beeping sounds and just goes on to the bios. Cant get to windows at all. I think it is the motherboard but i'm not sure, Is there anything i can do to fix this or do i have to buy a new motherboard?

1. Open the back, and remove the RAM. Put the cover back.
2. Remove the cell battery too, press the power button.

After that, install the cell battery, connect the power core, then boot the laptop without the RAM to see what happens.
