I LOVE Corsair products, several of the components of my current build are Corsair. It's an interesting coincidence that the prizes are Corsair products as well!

DVD Burner: Asus 12x Bd-rom drive $49.99

Total= $1495.86

My main drive with this system was to make it as cool running as possible, to that end I went with an extremely power efficient 80plus Gold rated Seasonic PSU, a low powered but reasonably strong 6570 Asus GPU, an Intel SSD, a well reviewed tower cooler in the 212 plus and the Raven RV02 case, which is extremely efficient at keeping even hot running systems quite cool.

Having worked with the RV02, 212 plus and the x650 before, I can say that the temps will certainly be kept low in this very cool running system. Also there's an Asus Blu Ray drive to round out the build, because nothing is cooler than a blue laser, just ask Wilhelm Wien. Oh God, physics jokes in a forum posting on computer builds, somebody stop me.

In building a raging system, one must put together a complete package from start to finish. I love Asus and Corsair. I've used them both for years. If I weren't limited to exactly $1500, I would have upgraded the Cooler to the Hyper 212 EVO. Unfortunately, it would have placed my build at $1500.90. As it stands, this system totals $1491.90. What wouldn't I do for this system? That's silly - I'd do anything :)

Here's my build coming out to $$1,495.91 no mail in rebates, all instant rebates or promos! Its a strong build if you do alot of media transcoding/photo editing or audio. Strong game not nessecarily at crazy resolutions but she'll get the job done. If we had more options as far as GPU brands it could have been more flexible. Also HDD prices have gone through the roof in the last 3-4 months!!!! Let me know what you all think!

-Edited for typo.
