I wana Upgrade my Graphic Card to Ati Radeon 4850 i have 350w PSU will 4850 Run fine in that or i buy better PSU for it.

I really wouldn't run a 4850 on a 350W PSU even if it was a GOOD one. You can list your PSU specs and we can give you some advice on cards, but I really wouldn't put a 4850 on it. Maybe a at MOST 4770 if we know what you have.

a HD 4650 or HD 4670 would be your solution...
But still, your PSU is too low, we must know the spec of your PSU, whether it can or can't provide power for your card...
