I think Its almost obvious that the new X800Pro will perform equal/best the 6800U. Why? Not because of liking Ati best. On the contrary I love Nvidia! But Ati would not let go of that precious market share won recently like that.

The thing is: Ati guys are not stupid, and they will not release a product that doesn't performs equal or better than their competitors. They have a position to defend. And you have the proof that they are capeble of great things...

I would agree with this 100% but things are not that simple. It is, indeed, logical to say that ATI will not willingly release a product inferior to that of the competition. But there are many “corporate” variables. Since we don’t really know what’s going on at the ATI headquarters/manufacturing facilities, in case things are not going very smoothly there may be two scenarios:

1. ATI does release a slightly inferior product at a lower MSRP or
2. ATI will delay the release date to iron out performance problems.

Let’s just wait and see. Maybe things are going smoothly over there and come the first week of May we are in for some spectacular showdown.

Only the demo! Yeah, like it too! In the demo I'm Playing in 1024 with all at max. With fraps I got like 35-80Fps. But I think the demo is more demanding that the game isn't it?

Dunno about the demo sysreq. What do you mean by "max"? All settings "High"? Or "Very High"? Are you using 8XAA and 4XAF? What IS max? Is V-Sync On? What filtering bilinear or trilinear? Pls give details.

Very high details, no AA and Aniso, V-sync off. filetring I think is trilinear.
