Question ATLauncher SevTech 1.12.2 3.1.2 Hotfix 1 Not detecting gpu

Hi! I recently built a computer with my friend and we are trying to get Minecraft SevTech to work but it it horribly slow and laggy.

F3 shows that the gpu ( a RX5700XT) is not being detected and that it is using something else. Here is a picture of how it looks:

Normal java edition of Minecraft detects the graphics card but modded minecraft does not. What does this mean?

Seems like running the modpack through Twitch makes the game actually use the gpu, fixed our issue.
