ATX-350PNF PSU handle HD 7750

Hi,
I am intending to change my video card as my old one burned out. For my system I have been suggested the Radeon HD 7750 graphics card. However I was wondering whether it will work fluently and properly with my PSU whcih is FSP ATX-350PNF.

I would be really grateful if yyou could let me know if it is going to work with the new CPU.

Anything above 300w will be enough.
7750 doesn't require any outer Connection from PSU.
It draws power from PCI slot.

You are good to go.
