So I'm thinking about buying an i5 6600 but I can find a motherboard which can support the amount of fans that I have in my case (zalman z11), can anyone help? It got to be ATX also does it matter if I used 8gb of ddr3 2133 mhz ram in this build or does it have to be ddr4 2133 mhz ram?

You can usually double up on fans per header. Best if they are matching fans. Boards always have a limited number of fan headers. And if your fans are 3-wire and the board has 4 pin PWM headers, some boards won't control fan speed. It depends on the BIOS design. You can always use one of those unused 5.25" bays for a nice fan controller.
