[SOLVED] Audio Desync Over Time

I have tried everything listed in this forum post: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/audio-and-video-desync.3318332/

I am having the same issue, except even after all this troubleshooting I'm not even getting the non-solution this guy got (where moving video stuff around on different monitors kind of serves as a workaround.

Has ANYONE actually found a solution? This all started when I re-installed windows 10 pro onto a brand new M.2 drive.

You know what the weirdest thing is? This never happens when someone streams video to me on discord.

Guess what? Somehow using Voicemeeter banana and pushing my sound through that first, and then out through its built in virtual cable...has somehow solved the issue? Why in the hell would this fix THAT?!?
