Audio jack problems; garbled audio

[Rhythmic Tune]

Unplugged my headphones and put them back in and the audio was garbled, if I wiggle the audio jack input around it will be fine but if I let go it goes back to sounding like crap. I already tried checking leads inside the computer.

I REALLY need this to work properly.

Update: Rear jack works fine, but I cannot use it due to where my PC has to be.

Could it be a circuit issue in the front?
