Good day to you,
I have a MacBook Retina 12-inch Early 2015 that has an issue with audio. It is muted all the time. I tried to find the Output devices in System Preferences > Sound and no output device is shown. I tried reset SMC or NVRAM and that didn't work either. Some quickfixes like plugging in a headphone jack to expose the output device. Still, not even the headphone jack is detected. The MacBook is up-to-date with Mojave.
I am kind of worrying because I think this is a hardware related issue. Any answers are really appreciated.
Thank you!
