Question Audio out of sync. 4k Smart TV: PHILIPS The One 43PUS8545/12

Hi,

So my new 4k TV has some issues with playing back the audio. I've never noticed this before. I have this tv for two months now. The problem is, in most apps on the smart TV, that the audio comes in later than the image.
The weird thing is that this especially happens on the Disney app. On Netflix it also happens, but not so bad.

I've done a test on the Youtube app, to check if my adio is indeed out of sync. However, it appears that on the Youtube app, the audio is fine.

I played around with the settings for a bit, yet I can't find an improvement. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Is this using the TV speakers or external? Check if there is an update for the TV firmware or the apps with the issues. Try a full reset of the TV to factory defaults.

No external speakers. And everything is up too date. So it can't be that actually.
