Is there any way to set my computer to power on automatically at a certain
time each morning?

If possible, it will be a setting in BIOS. Press the necessary key(s) to
enter the BIOS setup screens. Once in those screens, look for "Wake"
settings. If available on your system, something similar to "Wake On RTC
(real time clock)" should do what you want.
