[SOLVED] "Automatically hide the taskbar" still shows some of it

I enabled this option (settings > personalisation > taskbar) on a clean install that's only a week old and half the time the very last rows of pixels of the taskbar would still show when not hovering over it. After restarting my PC it's been stuck like this. Important to note that I had Musicbee in full screen at the time, my taskbar was at the top, and I have two monitors (1440p144hz primary and 1080p60hz secondary). Every combination of settings, monitor switch-offs, and restarts I've tried hasn't done anything.

On my win 11 desktop it always shows a little line along bottom if its hidden, just so you can highlight it.

It looks very similar to your hidden shot.
