Hello, I am using Huawei AX3 router, recently bought. Sometimes several times in an hour, sometimes less often like once in couple hours router appears to reset itself, it's barely noticeable and I only noticed after I turned off the LED indicator light and seen it light up again in moments like these.
Speed is decent and the internet seems to reconnect in fraction of a second, so it's no issue for studying or work, but I keep getting booted out of online games like Runescape and Tower of Fantasy and have to relog like 20 times every day (inputting password and everything), making any multiplayer content impossible for me due to these random disconnects. The online stability tool I used (VSee Network Test) showed that during moment I get disconnected, the packet loss very briefly reaches 2% before immediately going down again:
And here's the packet loss data:
All information I found online says that such amounts seem to be acceptable and I only should witness some stutter at most instead of just outright disconnection from games? Is that true?
What do you think could be behind this? I made sure that my router's firmware is updated, UPnP is on, it's in open space, it's not hot, only slightly warm so definitely not overheating only two devices are currently connected to it and it has direct line of sight to the computer (Intel AX 200 Wi-fi adapter on laptop, it has no such issues when I'm connected to Wi-fi in other apartments or workplace).
Closest, but not identical issue I could find online was described here: Router Resets Itself During Games | Tom's Hardware Forum (tomshardware.com)
I've researched, but couldn't find how to find and export router logs as all documentation I could find seemingly pertains to some different routers with different firmware which is nothing at all like mine, this is what I found:
