Recently got an ROG Strix 10GB OC 3080 and installed it into my PC (Maximus X Hero with 8700K) and now i have that error when booting my PC up. I even tried swapping the cables around, switching back to my old GPU and the error won't go away. Any solutions?
I tried enabling Above 4G Decoding, it didn't help.
"PLEASE POWER DOWN AND CONNECT THE PCIe POWER CABLE(S) FOR THIS GRAPHICS CARD"
This appears when i switch the cables around, even though they're all plugged in. EVGA Supernova 750P2
Edit: Just found out that the BIOS (graphics card information) doesn't recognize the GPU as a 3080, it just says "Card: NVIDIA GPU Type: running at x16 Native" and under GOP/VBIOS Status, it says " Select a valid GPU"
