Question B450m-k Deepcool GAMMAX 400v2 Asus6700XT clearence ?

I just upgraded my CPU and cooler with Ryzen 5 5600 and GAMMAX 400 V2 ,but when I got everything together I saw that the cooler and GPU are sooo close from one another. Is it a problem to boot it with them almost touching? I guess my MB is too small for this hardware.
