Question B550M mobo can support GTX 1650 super ?

Hi , recently I'm planning to minor upgrade my PC specs , will upgrade CPU / MOBO / RAM first , maybe end of year will upgrade GPU to RX 6700 XT or RTX 4060.

Means I will remain using the old GPU GTX1650 for another few month , so my question is does my new MOBO can support this graphic card ? Or can running without any issues ?

And can i use back my old PNY Ram with this new MOBO (ASROCK B550M-HDV) ? because tried to save some cost first if can reuse it.

I'm usually playing games with medium setting with 1080p , so i dont think i need a huge upgrade. Please advise me thanks ~

- Kingston FURY Beast DDR4 3600mhz 16GB ( 8GB x 2 )

PSU : darkFlash GS650 Full Modular 80+ Bronze 650W

I would be more concerned with that sub-par PSU.
