I recently built my first pc and I'm having some trouble changing the clock speed for the ram. I enable XMP 2.0 profile and when I switch to 3600mhz it only shows up 2100mhz on task manager. The highest ram speed I could get is 3000mhz at 1.35 voltage. My ram is put in slots A1,B1.

this is the exact ram I bought maybe I messed up because it says "Intel XMP 2.0 Desktop Memory Model". I don't think 3000 vs 3600 is a big difference but I would like to use the full capability of the ram. If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

build
ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1660S
550w gold+
Asrock Phantom Gaming 4 motherboard
Fractal Design Focus G White ATX Mid Tower
Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 500GB

Task Manager is often wrong and displays only starting frequency for particular RAM as described in it's SPD. Use CPU-Z or a program like that to check real speed and settings.
