Question Bad Pool Caller Problem

Can someone help me I'm tired of this problem
reinstalled Windows (tried both 10 & 11).
updated all the drivers and did all Windows updates even the optionally.
tried this "chkdsk /f." and this "sfc /scannow".
did a Memory test using Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool.
checked both drives SSD and HDD for problems nothing found.

Specs:
i7 9750H 2.6GHz
16GB Ram
NVIDIA GTX 1650
1TB HDD
256GB SSD
Windows 11 Pro
22H2
OS Build 22621.1702

Where did you source the installers for your OS?

You're working with a laptop, can you verify if the laptop isn't pending any BIOS updates? Did you manually install all relevant drivers for your laptop manually, in an elevated command?

I can't even tell what your problem is by your description. What is it and when does it occur?

Please pass on the make and model/SKU of your laptop.
I downloaded the os iso file from Microsoft Official site and made a clean installation with a bootable USB.
Already installed the latest Bios version.
installed all laptop drivers from the official Lenovo site and have intel driver & support service notifying me if there are any updates for any driver.

The problem was with the NetLimiter program too, I installed it and the problem disappeared.
